How do you design a mobile experience meant to amplify and enhance the stadium game-day experience?
Ahead of the opening of the San Francisco 49ers' new Levi's Stadium, I was tasked with designing an in-stadium mobile experience for the most connected fans, in the most connected place, in the world.
I needed to define a process that prioritized features, managed stakeholder demands, and set the foundation for an interaction model that truly met the needs and expectations of the Bay's most faithful fans.
We identified the target fan base and prioritized features based on grounded design fundamentals, resulting in a smooth transition of prototypes, features, and interaction models to development.
